The Runners Shop staff members Melissa Breen and Tristan Thomas have long been making headlines for their athletic endeavours. But last week their relationship was made very public when The Canberra Times featured the couple in their popular Saturday sport section on 16 May 2009.

Their boss Brian Wenn had a quiet word to both staff members for their failure to mention they shared the same place of work. We thought that might have added another dimension to the story.
